🧭 WHAT IS WRITERSFREAK.COM?
WritersFreak.com is a publishing and advertising platform built around writing, storytelling and the world around words.
Authors, screenwriters, bloggers, journalists, podcasters, poets, copywriters, essayists, editors, ghostwriters, publishers, designers, narrators, producers, agents, coaches, marketers, reviewers, businesses and other people can create pages around things they write, things they help make better, things they help people find or things that belong somewhere inside the writing world.
The individual pages published inside WritersFreak.com are called Parking Spots.
🅿️ WHAT IS A PARKING SPOT?
A Parking Spot is a full-page multimedia page inside WritersFreak.com.
Depending on the subject and category, it may include up to 25 photographs, up to 30,000 characters, up to two supported embedded videos, relevant details, links, contact information, pricing or offer information, a call to action, a public view counter and its own URL.
It might feature a book, author, story, article, screenplay, podcast, audiobook, newsletter, YouTube channel, writing service, publishing project, literary event, AI tool, piece of research, business or another subject that belongs somewhere around words.
The Parking Spot is the page.
💵 HOW MUCH DOES A PARKING SPOT COST?
One standard Parking Spot costs $7 one time.
- No subscription
- No scheduled renewal charges
- No scheduled expiration
You build the page, grab the URL and decide what you want to do with it.
🏁 HOW DO I CREATE A PARKING SPOT?
- Create your WritersFreak.com account.
- Select the $7 Parking Spot package.
- Choose the category that actually fits what you are creating.
- Add your photographs, writing, videos, links, relevant details and contact information.
- Complete the purchase and publishing process.
- Share the URL wherever you want.
- Come back and update the page when something changes.
Parking Spots publish immediately. They are not individually pre-approved before going live.
One important rule: whatever you create has to genuinely belong somewhere around writing, storytelling, books, publishing, podcasts, audiobooks, media, writing tools, services or getting words in front of people.
If it fits, park it.
If it doesn’t belong on the Island, it won’t stay.
⭐ WHAT CAN I FEATURE?
- A book, author, story, article, essay, poem, screenplay, newsletter or other written work
- A particular chapter, podcast episode, audiobook, video, series or piece of content
- An author, screenwriter, blogger, journalist, podcaster, poet, copywriter, essayist or other storyteller

- A library, school, nonprofit, writing group, literary organization or community project
- A legitimate fundraiser, preorder campaign, reader-supported project or crowdfunding campaign
- A writing tool, publishing service, AI product, audiobook service or business around words
- AI and writing, publishing, screenwriting, audiobooks, literary history, copyright, book marketing or another subject around words
- An agency, literary representative, publicist, marketer or related service
If it genuinely belongs somewhere inside the writing world, there is probably a place for it here.
🎥 CAN I CREATE A PARKING SPOT AROUND ONE VIDEO, PODCAST OR PIECE OF CONTENT?
Absolutely.
You might already have a YouTube channel, podcast, audiobook, newsletter or audience and simply want to give one particular video, episode, story, series or piece of content its own page.
Your Parking Spot could basically say:
“I created this.
Here’s what it’s about.
Here’s where you can find it and here’s everything around it.”
Seven dollars gives that piece of content its own page and URL.
If the project changes, update the Parking Spot, change the page or use it for something else that still fits Writers Freak.
🏢 CAN A BUSINESS USE WRITERS FREAK TOO?
Yes.
Writers Freak works from a lot of directions.
A writer might say:
“I wrote this. Here’s what I created.”
A business might say:
“Here’s what we offer writers, authors, publishers or readers.”
Both belong here.
🤝 DO I NEED AN AGENT, PUBLISHER OR WRITING BUSINESS?
No.
You can build and manage your own Parking Spot.
But agents, publishers, editors, managers, publicists, writing services and businesses can use Writers Freak too.
Some people want to handle everything themselves.
Others would rather have professional help writing, editing, publishing, producing or promoting what they create.
The Island has room for both.
🌎 DOES IT HAVE TO BE A BOOK OR SOMETHING I’M SELLING?
No.
Some people might be promoting a book, service or business.
Others might be writing about AI, publishing, literary history, podcasts, audiobooks, copyright, storytelling, a strange news story, a useful tool, a person, an idea or something else around words they think is worth exploring.
A Parking Spot can explain what the subject is, why it matters, what you found and where somebody can learn more.
Writers Freak is a lot bigger than “buy my book.”
💰 DO I HAVE TO BE SELLING SOMETHING?
No.
You might be selling a book, writing service, publishing product or something else.
But you might also simply be introducing yourself, telling the story behind your project, exploring a subject, sharing research, promoting a fundraiser or writing about something you think people should know about.
The page does not have to look like an ad.
Tell the story in whatever way makes sense for what you are trying to do.
📸 HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS CAN I ADD?
You may currently add up to 25 photographs to a Parking Spot.
Those might include you, your book, your project, screenshots, illustrations, products, behind-the-scenes photographs, event moments, locations or other images that help explain what you are building.
Use photographs you have the right to publish.
🎥 CAN I INCLUDE VIDEOS?
Yes. A Parking Spot may currently contain up to two supported embedded videos.
For a writer, creator or business, that might be one of the easiest ways to show somebody exactly what you are talking about.
Embed a YouTube video or other supported video that helps explain the book, story, project, service, subject or idea.
🤖 CAN I USE AI TO HELP WRITE MY PARKING SPOT?
Yes.
Use AI to help organize your ideas, clean up rough notes, structure the page, brainstorm what you want to say or turn a pile of information into a first draft.
Then read the thing before you publish it.
Support is for things that are actually broken — not for building your Parking Spot for you.
AI has an impressive ability to confidently make stuff up.
If it invents book sales, reviews, awards, publishing history, pricing, business relationships, quotes or anything else that is wrong, fix it.
🛠 CAN I CREATE A STORY ABOUT A PERSON, BOOK, BUSINESS OR SUBJECT THAT IS NOT MINE?
Editorial and storytelling content about writers, authors, books, publishers, businesses, AI, podcasts, audiobooks, literary history and other public subjects may fit Writers Freak.
But do not pretend you represent somebody when you do not.
Do not invent offers for another person, use somebody else’s private information or copy material you do not have the right to publish.
If you are advertising an actual book, service, project or opportunity involving somebody else, make sure you have the right to do that.
✏️ CAN I EDIT MY PARKING SPOT?
Yes.
Return to your account and update an active Parking Spot through the available editing system.
Change photographs, videos, pricing, offer details, contact information, event dates, project information, links or anything else that changes.
If something changes, change the Parking Spot.
🔄 WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A BOOK, PROJECT, EVENT OR OFFER CHANGES?
Update the Parking Spot.
Maybe the book already launched.
Maybe the podcast episode went live.
Maybe the event ended.
Maybe the fundraiser hit its goal.
Maybe new information changed the story.
You can update the page with new information, explain what happened or remove it when it is no longer useful.
Stale information is not very helpful to anybody.
🏠 WHAT IS MY GARAGE?
Your public WritersFreak.com profile functions as your Garage.
One Parking Spot might be all you ever want.
But if you keep creating them, they collect under your profile.
An author might create separate pages around different books, stories or projects.
A podcaster might create one for the show, another for a particular episode and another for a subject worth exploring.
A writer might build a Garage around AI and writing, publishing, books, literary history or whatever keeps dragging them back to the keyboard.
An editor or writing coach might create separate pages around different services.
A publisher might create pages around different books, authors or projects.
A business might build a Garage around writing tools, products, services or subjects.
Park one thing or build an entire Channel.
📬 HOW DO VISITORS CONTACT ME?
Visitors may use the available WritersFreak.com messaging system or the contact information you provide inside your Parking Spot or Garage.
That might be an email address, website, booking page, social account or whatever contact method makes sense for you.
Only publish contact information you are comfortable making public.
⚡ WHAT IS STORYDRIVE™?
StoryDrive™ is an optional distribution service for an active WritersFreak.com Parking Spot approved for StoryDrive™ promotion.
The Parking Spot publishes it.
StoryDrive™ moves it.
StoryDrive™ 1000 works to increase the selected Parking Spot’s public counter by 1,000 additional recorded views from its documented starting number.
StoryDrive™ 1000 currently costs $299 and allows up to 12 months for delivery.
Recorded views are not represented as unique visitors.
If the full 1,000-view increase is not delivered within 12 months, the current StoryDrive™ make-good applies to the undelivered views.

🎬 WHAT IS THE VIDEO SPOTLIGHT?
The Writers Freak Video Spotlight is an optional $99 video-placement service for one finished, approved 3–5 minute video built around an eligible WritersFreak.com subject.
That might be a book trailer, creator introduction, podcast, audiobook, reading, interview, literary event, writing story, business, AI subject, publishing story or another video that genuinely belongs somewhere on Writers Freak.
The video is published on @FreakSites on YouTube and Rumble, with both placements linking back to your active WritersFreak.com Parking Spot.

The $7 purchase gives you the standard Parking Spot and its publishing features.
You can promote the URL yourself anywhere you want.
Put it in a YouTube description.
Talk about it during a podcast or livestream.
Share it on social media.
Email it to somebody who might care about the subject.
Put it in your bio.
Send it to somebody who asks about your book, story, project, service, business or subject.
StoryDrive™ and Video Spotlight are optional separate services if you want them.
🎯 DOES WRITERSFREAK.COM GUARANTEE THAT PEOPLE WILL READ, BUY OR RESPOND TO WHAT I CREATE?
No.
A Parking Spot gives you a page and a URL.
What you put on it — and what you do with it — is up to you.
I use Freak Sites because I like having places to publish and promote the things I create.
If you think a Writers Freak Parking Spot gives you another useful place to put your book, story, project, research, service, business or idea, cool.
Seven bucks lets you try it.
💬 CAN PEOPLE LEAVE PUBLIC COMMENTS?
Public comments are not enabled on individual Parking Spots.
Visitors can use available messaging or contact options if they want to ask a genuine question or talk about what you parked there.
❤️ WHAT ARE FAVORITES?
Favorites allow registered users to save Parking Spots and return to them later.
🤝 DOES WRITERS FREAK HAVE AN AFFILIATE PROGRAM?
Yep.
The Writers Freak Affiliate Program is free to apply for. Approval is required.
I built it because if you help introduce more people to something I built and those introductions create real product purchases, I think it is fair to share some of the revenue.
The current commission structure is:
- 20% direct
- 15% first connected tier
- 10% second connected tier
- 5% third connected tier
- 5% fourth connected tier
Clicks do not create commissions.
Free registrations do not create commissions.
The product has to sell.

If you can figure out WordPress-style forms, upload some photographs, paste in some writing and add your links, you should be fine.
If it turns out not to be your thing, no problem.
